William “Billy” Lenker Obituary

William Paul (“Billy”) Lenker, Jr., 44, of S 3rd St. Sunbury, PA passed away at his home on December 14, 2018.

Billy was born on February 8, 1974 in Sunbury, the son of the late William Paul Lenker, Sr. and Susan I. (Keim) Lenker.

Billy graduated Shikellamy High School in 1992. He was a lineman for Rowe’s Line Construction, Inc.  He was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and trout fishing. He was known by his friends and family and as a loving, caring man with a big heart. He earned the respect of his employer and co-workers, and will be missed by all.

He was a Christian and attended Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.

Billy is survived by his mother, Susan Lenker of Sunbury, son Austin E. Lenker of Blacklick, OH, sisters Angela Lenker of Pottstown, Paula Berini of Kulpmont and Heidi Staley of Norfolk, VA, 3 nieces and 3 nephews.

Billy was preceded in death by his father on March 20, 2016.

A memorial service will be held at the Stone Valley Grange Hall, 1899 Mountain Road, Dalmatia, PA 17017 on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 2 pm. His eldest sister, Angela Lenker, will preside. 

Arrangements are made by the David T. Zweier Funeral Home, Inc. at 157 Chestnut St. Sunbury, PA.
