Shirley L. Fleming

Sunbury - Shirley L. Fleming, 89, of Miller Rd. passed away Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020 at home.
Shirley was born Sept. 22, 1930 in Middleburg a daughter of the late Bertha (Bowersox) Zerbe. On Sept. 10, 1949 she married William R. Fleming who preceded her in death on Nov. 20, 2009.
She attended Middleburg Schools.
Mrs. Fleming was employed with area businesses including; Westinghouse, JPM Ind., Wilson Manf. and American Home Foods. 
She owned and operated Fleming's Ceramic Shop, Sunbury.
Shirley was of Lutheran Faith.
She is survived by, one son and daughter-in-law, William R., Fleming, Jr. and wife Vicki, one daughter and son-in-law, Leslie G. Lenhart and husband, Ronald, all of Sunbury, five grandchildren, Angela and Greta Fleming, Sarah Stamm, Jodi Lenhart and Jolene Bell, one step-grandchild, Wayne Yoder, three greta-grandchildren, Kiran, Cole and Dason, two step-great-grandchildren, Tyler and Caleb and two sisters, Joan Shambach of Jacksonville, FL and Linda Weir and husband Jim of Lewisberry.
A private graveside service will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stoington.
Arrangements are by the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street,  Sunbury.
