Scott W. Baylor, 68, of Seventh Street, Sunbury, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Scott was born Nov. 23, 1955, in Danville, a son of the late Rodney and Mary Louise (Reedy) Baylor. On July 7, 1997, he married the love of his life Laurie L. Ross who preceded him in death in 2018.
He worked at Mohawk Doors for over 25 years and then ITG Basement Systems until his retirement.
Scott enjoyed woodworking, drones, photography, boating and fishing. One of his greatest joys came from spending time with his faithful dogs Sassy and Kipper.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Rachel and Lee Foulds; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Ryan and Lucinda Baylor, Randy Baylor and Michael Waltz; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters.
A visitation will be held Friday, Jully 19, from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street, Sunbury, where the memorial service will follow at 1 p.m.
Interment will be private in Northumberland Memorial Park.
