Sally Anne Frey, 77, Bloomsburg, formerly of Sunbury, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026, in Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Sally was born June 23, 1948, in Lewistown, a daughter of the late Charles T. and Helen R. (Depew) Frey.
She was a graduate of West Snyder High School and graduated with her bachelor's degree in library science from Millersvile University of Pennsylvania.
Sally was a supervisor for Laurelton State Hospital and the Selinsgrove State Center for over 30 years.
She was a member of the First Reformed United Church of Christ in Sunbury, where she played the bells.
Sally enjoyed knitting, crocheting and needlepoint and was very talented. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her sister Susan J. Frey, the Whipple family who "adopted” her and several close friends.
Services will be announced at a later date.
