Lewisburg - Ruby K. Rauch, 88, of Farley Circle, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024 at Heritage Springs Memory Center.
Ruby was born, January 28, 1936, in Flemington a daughter of the late Rev. Herbert and Mary Fisher. She was married to Carl Rauch who preceded her in death.
She was a graduate of Shamokin High School.
Ruby worked for the Sunbury Police Department as a clerk for many years.
She was a member of the Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Church, Sunbury.
Ruby enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy W. and Sue Clark, two daughters and sons-in-law Renee M. and John Hetrick, Shawna K. and Gary Duncan, Carl's children, Gary and Mary Rauch, Carla and John Phillips and Bobby Rauch, grandchildren Madeline, Amber, Brandon, Timothy, Fred, J.D. and Zailey, many great grandchildren, one brother and sister-in-law Carl and Gertrude Fisher.
Ruby was preceded in death by sons Richard Clark and Jeffery Bowes and daughter Yevette Derr, brother Bill Fisher and sisters Gloria Moyer and Bernice Bechdel.
A viewing will be held Thursday, April 4th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Blank Funeral Home, 395 State Street, Sunbury, where the funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00am with Pastor Jeff Dunkle officiating.
Interment will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
