Robert L. Horne

Sunbury - Robert L. "Bob" Horne, 71, of Mile Hill Road, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 in UPMC Sunbury Community Hospital.  
Bob was born November 22, 1947 in Sunbury a son of the late Newton and F. Geraldine (Leiby) Horne.  December 9, 1972 he married Amy A. (Moore) Horne, who survives.
He was a 1965 graduate of Selinsgrove High School and then worked in construction.   Bob was a member of the First Baptist Church, Sunbury.
In addition to his wife Amy, Bob is survived by one daughter, three brothers and sisters-in-law Donald and Norma Horne of Elysburg, George and Stephanie Horne of Point Township, Dale and Louise Horne of Hummels Wharf, three sisters and brothers-in-law Kay and Glenn Chapman, Jeanetta and Jeffrey Bixler, Susan and Allen Wetzel all of Selinsgrove and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one brother Barry Horne.
Friends and family may visit Thursday, October 31, from 10:00-11:00am at the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street, Sunbury where the funeral service will be held at 11:00am with Pastor Dave Dressler officiating.  Burial Rwill follow in Pomfret Manor Cemetery, Sunbury.
