Northumberland - Ricky L. Stevens, 64, of Orange Street, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at his home.
Ricky was born July 28, 1956 in Sunbury.  On November 14, 1980 he married the former Lori Blaisdell who survives.
He was a 1975 graduate of William Allen High School, Allentown and then served in the Army from 1975-1979. 
Ricky retired from the US. Penitentiary in Lewisburg.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Northumberland.  
Ricky was a life member of the Americus Hose Company and the Northumberland #1s and a member of the Norry Hookies.
He enjoyed golfing, archery, and coaching his daughter's softball team, however, his greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren. 
In addition to his wife he is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law Rikki and Bryan Shade of Flemington, Bobbi and Richard Hamilton of Northumberland, grandchildren Elijah and Emma Grenot, Caleb and Caitlyn Shade, Liam, Remi and Taylor Hamilton great grandchildren Desmond and Beckett, sister-in-law Robin and her husband John Heintzelman of Northumberland and a niece Heather Stover.
He was preceded in death by his nephew Jon Heintzelman and his in-laws Robert and Margaret Blaisdell.
Services will be private.

Arrangements are by the Joseph W. Epler Funeral Home, 210 King Street, Northumberland.
