Nancy Dodge Waldeck, 85, Port Trevorton, passed into spirit Dec. 24, 2025.
She was born May 16, 1940, in Albany, N.Y., a daughter of the late Harold and Ida Dodge. A graduate of Tufts University, she was employed as a research technologist at Geisinger Hospital in Danville.
In her later years, she played a vital role in the creation and operation of the Valley Spiritual Center and School of Healing Arts, Port Trevorton, where she also taught homeopathy. She also participated in founding and operating Far Point Animal Rescue, caring especially for horses, cats and chickens.
She was much beloved by all who knew her.
Nancy leaves behind her husband, Peter. and daughters, Wendy Goodspeed-Witt and Rebecca Rendina.
In lieu of flowers donations are welcomed at Far Point Animal Rescue, PO Box 179, Port Trevorton, Pa., 17864.
Arrangements are by the Blank Funeral Home, 395 State Street, Sunbury.
