Sunbury - MaryAnn Corcoran, 86 of Pine Street passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
MaryAnn was a born August 20, 1939 in Sunbury, a daughter of the late Edward William and Marguerite Irene (Burgess) Mackert. On August 20, 1955 she married Larry Donald Corcoran who survives.
Mrs. Corcoran was beloved by those who knew her, known for her contagious laugh and uplifting smile. She was a notable regular at many local businesses who always made an effort to chit-chat with everyone she encountered.  MaryAnn found great joy around the holidays when all of her family gathered together for her wonderful homecooked meals and desserts.
In addition to her husband of 70 years, MaryAnn is survived by; one daughter and son-in-law, Susan D. and Roger Reitz, three sons and one daughter-in-law, Larry D. Corcoran, Jr., William E. and Darlene Corcoran and Jeffrey L. Corcoran all of Sunbury, her eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
At MaryAnn's request there will be no viewing or funeral services.
