Marialice Q. Orr, 99, of Northumberland, went to be with The Lord, on May 10, 2025. She passed at home with her beloved family by her side.
Marialice was born on Dec. 9, 1925, in Philadelphia, PA.
She graduated from the Philadelphia College of Art and began her career as an Art Teacher. She was employed by Northumberland Area School District and transferred in 1965 to Lewisburg School District.
She loved her students and was thrilled that several were inspired to pursue Art as a Career. Marialice was married for 61 years to the late Robert Orr.
She is survived by Robert M. Orr and Brenda Fleming, Reverend John W. Orr and Doctor Deborah Selm-Orr; grandchildren, Katie and Tony Wands, Jamie Moyle and Josh Radel, and Greg Selm- Orr; three great-grandsons, Douglas Weaver, Connor Moyle and Trey Wands.
The viewing will be held Tuesday, May 20. at Joseph Epler Funeral Home, 210 King Street, Northumberland, from 5 to 7 p.m. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 21, at Zion Lutheran Church, 15 S 5th Street, Sunbury at 11 a.m. 
Burial will follow at Pomfret Manor Cemetery, Sunbury.
