Kenneth W. Dunkelberger, 96, passed away, Sunday, June 2, 2024 at the Mansion in Sunbury.

Kenneth was born September 19, 1927 in Sunbury, a son of the late Ralph and Isabel Dunkelberger.  He was married to Clara and later Mary Katherine Dunkelberger both who preceded him in death.

He was a graduate of Sunbury High School and then joined the United States Army, proudly serving until February 12, 1948.

Kenneth was a machinist for TRW in Danville for over 30 years.

He was a member of the Americus Hose Company, Northumberland Township Gun Club, VFW #6631 of Selinsgrove, AARP, Social Member, American Legion #946 of Harrisburg, Nittany Antique Machinery Association, Middle Creek Valley Antique Association, Buffalo Valley Antique Machinery Association and a Charter Member of the Ford, Fordson, Ferguson Antique Tractor Association.

Kenneth is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law Norma and Donald Stahl, Tracy and Jim Heart, two sons and one daughter-in-law Kenneth Dunkelberger and Jeffrey and Irma Dunkelberger, grandchildren Jason, Jeremy, Angie, Kerry, Charlie, Steve, Kevin, Brandy, Brittany, Bethany, William, Gabriel, Alexandro, Laura, Adrianna, and Jeremy, great grandchildren Anthony, Daryl, Ayden, Scarlet, Emma, Jackson, Aurora and great grandchildren

He was preceded in death by a daughter Victoria Heck, a grandson in infancy and one brother.

A viewing will be held Friday, June 7, 2024 from 11:00am-1:00pm at the Blank Funeral Home, 395 State Street, Sunbury, where the funeral service will follow at 1:00pm.

Interment will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington
