Sunbury - Karen M. Edinger, 58, of Pine Street, passed away Saturday, November 16th in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Karen was born July 15, 1966, a daughter of the late Jerald K. and Carol M. Diehl.

She was a 1984 graduate of Shikellamy High School, Sunbury.

Karen was an aide for the Selinsgrove State Center and loved taking care of the residents.

She was very creative, she enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting, camping, reading and road trips especially to the beach.

Karen is survived by her son Ian Edinger and daughter Jade Edinger, granddaughter Daisy Grayce, stepsons Marcus Nash and Cody Edinger, brother Jerry Diehl Jr., nieces and nephew Allyse, Michael, and Taylor, companion Mark Nash and ex-husband, Seth Edinger.

A visitation will be held Friday, December 6, from noon-1:00pm, at the Joseph W. Epler Funeral Home, 210 King Street, Northumberland, where the memorial service will follow at 1:00pm with Rev. Mark Gittens officiating.
