Joan T. Dill, of Northumberland, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, at Nottingham Village, Northumberland.
She was born Oct. 9,1954, in Lewistown, the daughter of the late Paul and Thelma (Hart) Thompson. She was a 1972 graduate of Juniata High School and a 1976 graduate of Bloomsburg State College. She was married to William Dill who preceded her in death in 2017.
She was employed for many years at the Laurelton State Center and retired from the Selinsgrove Center.
She enjoyed crocheting, doing puzzles and watching the Steelers.
Surviving include a sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Norman Gessner; three nieces, a nephew and other extended family.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents and twin brother John.
Per her wishes, there will be no service.
Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut St., Sunbury, is handling the arrangements.
