Northumberland – Harry Edward Ruhl, 57, of Queen Street, passed away at his home Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
Harry was born November 26, 1962 in Sunbury the son of the late Clifford M. and Ardith A. (Young) Ruhl.
He was a 1980 graduate of Shikellamy High School and had worked for the Salvation Army as a bell ringer and in the food kitchen.
Harry is survived by one daughter Sharon Ruhl, three grandchildren Aubrey, Nevaeh and Lance Gunnell, brothers Clifford M. Ruhl Jr. and his wife Carol, Dale R. Ruhl, and Harry Townson, sisters Peggy S. Ruhl, Mary Lou Carvell and her husband Jeffrey, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters-in-law Betty J. and Polly H. Ruhl.
Friends and family may visit Friday, June 12 from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Joseph W. Epler Funeral Home, 210 King Street, Northumberland, where the funeral service will follow at 11:00am with Rev. Daniel Hicks officiating. For everyone’s safety we ask that all attendess adhere to the social distancing guidelines and wear a mask.
