It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, and friend, Hailey Jaylene Acosta, who passed away on July 18, 2026, at the young age of 13.
Though her time with us was far too short, she touched the lives of many with her kind heart, beautiful smile, and gentle spirit. She will be remembered for the joy she brought to those who knew and loved her.
Hailey is survived by her loving parents, Carla Troutman and Felix Acosta; her siblings, Nino, Jayla, Zoey, Jeremiah and Isaiah Jr; her stepfather, Isaiah Fulton Sr.; her great-grandmother Regina Williams; her grandparents Jocelyn Martinez, Michelle Patterson, Rodney Barclay, her Titi Natty, Tio Angel, Tio Noly, Titi Rayda, Titi Ani, Titi Kassandra and countless other siblings, cousins, friends, classmates, and others whose lives were blessed by knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Carmelo Monegro.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Hailey’s life at H2 Church, 1000 Race St., Sunbury, Pa., 17801, on Friday, July 24. Please wear blue or pink. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., with a funeral service beginning at 3 p.m., with a meal following the service. Instead of flowers, please forward donations to Zweier Funeral Home.
The family is deeply grateful for the many prayers, acts of kindness, and expressions of love that have carried them through this difficult journey. Your support has meant more than words can express.
