Northumberland - Glenda M. Durso, 76, of 3rd Street, passed away March 10, in Nottingham Village.
Glenda was born July 28, 1949, in Danville a daughter of the late Francis and Shirley (Garman) Feaster.
She was a graduate of Danville High School and then obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Bucknell University.
Glenda worked for Bucknell University as a manager in dining service until her retirement.
She was a talented artist, finding joy in creativity and self-expression. She loved to read, enjoyed philosophy and reflecting on life's deeper meanings, word games that challenged her mind. She also enjoyed owning and riding her horses, gardening, kayaking, nature and the beauty of the outdoors.
Glenda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Zakaria Chami, two grandchildren Zakaria and Sarah Chami, brother Mark Feaster, three sisters and one brother-in-law Dee and James Embick, Melissa Keefer, and Amy Feaster.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Kim Riggs and brothers Roger and Francis Feaster.
Honoring Glenda's wishes there will be no services.
Arrangements are by the Joseph W. Epler Funeral Home, 210 King Street, Northumberland.
