Donna M. Gray, 89 of New Columbia passed away peacefully on Sunday. November 3, 2024 at her home. Born March 5, 1935 in Kelly Township, Union County, she was the daughter of the late Slifer and Arietta (Mann) Bennage
She married the late Amos V. Gray on August 1, 1953 and together they celebrated 71 years of marriage.
She graduated from the Lewisburg in 1953. She helped run the Amos V. Gray & Son Electrical Contractors, Gray's Furniture Store and Bible Nook businesses in Watsontown, PA. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, cooking and visiting with her family and friends. She had special gift with babies and young children whom e she took care of.
She is survived by a son Amos W. Gray and wife Cindy; a daughter Brenda L Beaver and fiance Chad Bucher; 7 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 7 great great-grandchildren, a brother, Curt Bennage, and a sister, Audrey Wagner Besides her husband and parents, Donna was preceded in death by a daughter MaryAnn Erdly; a son-in-law Rocky Erdly; a grandson Amos (Wes) Gray, Jr.; a granddaughter Joey Snyder; three sisters; Shirley Troup, Roselle Perdix, Judy Kline and two brothers; William and Robert Bennage
Per her wishes there will be no services A Celebration of Life will be held at the Friendship Baptist Church, Watsontown. PA on November 16, 2024 at 11:00am
