Debra D. O'Neill, 67 of Sandy Circle passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 17, 2024 at her home.

Debbie was born April 24, 1957 in Sunbury a daughter of the late George Daniel Miller and Esther L. (Yordy) Miller of Sunbury.  On March 11, 1978 she married Richard D. O'Neill, Jr. who survives.

She was a 1975 graduate of Shikellamy High School. Debbie was employed at various businesses, however she found the greatest joy caring for the young children while at Bright Horizons and KinderCare daycares while living in Washington.

She was a member of Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Church, Sunbury.  She had a great talent and love for quilting and crocheting and was a member of the quilting club of the Crossroads Church of the Nazarene, Milton.

In addition to her husband of 46 years, Debbie is survived by; one son, Benjamin Joseph O'Neill of Mifflinburg, daughter and son-in-law, Erin Danielle and Jason Eads of Surprise, AZ, grandchildren, Eli B. and Liam D. O'Neill, step-grandchildren, Nicholas Eads and Hailey and Tyler Christy, brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Doris Miller of CO and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard Donald and Elaine Kay O'Neill of Northumberland.

A viewing will be held from 9:00am to 11:00am on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Church, 967 Mile Hill Road, Sunbury where funeral services will begin at 11:00am with Rev. Joshua Gibson officiating.

Burial will follow in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
