Debra A. (Spizzirri) Marks, 67, of Christmas Road, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, unexpectedly at her home.

Deb was born Jan. 24, 1958, in Saint Marys, a daughter of the late Augustine and Jean (Kreisher) Spizzirri. On June 1, 1996 she married Rudy J. Marks, who survives.

She was a 1976 graduate of Montgomery High School, attended Penn Tech. and earned a bachelors degree in nursing from Bloomsburg University. Deb had a lengthy career as a Registered Nurse, retiring after 26 years of service from the Selinsgrove Center.

Mrs. Marks was a Christian who enjoyed faithfully reading her Bible.

In addition to loving and caring for her family, Deb loved animals, fairies, beautiful glass and using her God-given creativity throughout her life, from crochet and knit, jewelry making, sewing and everything in between.

In addition to her husband of 29 years, Deb is survived by her children: Monica J. Hill, of Sunbury, Jeremiah S. and Jennifer R. Hill, of Muncy, Kelly E. and Ryan E. Heim, of Herndon, Aaron C. and Joni Marks, of New Freedom; her eight grandchildren, Jordyn and AnnMarie Hill, Riley, Kara, Katie, and Kendal Heim, Sagan and Nessa Marks; and her three sisters, Darlene Bower, Lori Noll and Lynn Litzelman.

Friends and family are invited to a viewing from 11 a.m. to noon on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, at the Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St., Sunbury, where funeral service will follow at noon with Rev. Clair F. Shaffer officiating.

Burial will be in St. Elias Church Cemetery, Sunbury.
