Betty Zerbe Obituary


Milton - Betty R. Zerbe, 91 of N. Astro Drive passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 in the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Betty was born November 14, 1929 in Northumberland a daughter of the Harry and Anna (Swartzlander) Mull.  On July 2, 1949 she married Rye M. Zerbe, Jr. who preceded her in death on March 5, 2014.
Betty attended Northumberland schools.
She baking and canning and solving crossword puzzles.  Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family.
Mrs. Zerbe is survived by two sons, Jack L. and David L. Zerbe and one daughter, Peggy L. Wilson all of Milton, six grandchildren and spouses, Dona L. and Larry Sheets of Milton, Stacey E. and Brian Cox of Milton, Sadie L. Landis of Mifflinburg, Nathan T. Zerbe of FL, Jessica J. Berger of Shenandoah, Corey and Maria DeWalt of Sunbury, six great-grandchildren, Ryan Sheets, Noah Wilson, Allyssa Cox, Shelby Zerbe, Brysen Landis, Kaden Landis and one great-great grandson, Lawrence Sheets, one brother, Gene Mull of Sunbury and one sister and brother-in-law, Rachel and George Wolfgang of Sunbury.
In addition to her parents and husband of 64 years, Betty was preceded in death by one son, Charles L. Zerbe, two sons-in-law, Larry Wilson and Robert Myers, three brothers, Harry, Clarence and Robert Mull, three sisters, Mary Lou Frantz, Gladys Sarvis and Nancy Miller.
Funeral services will be private at the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street, Sunbury.
