Northumberland - Budd G. Feaster 91of Priestley Ave. passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Budd was born January 1, 1927 in Northumberland a son of the late Phillip S. Feaster and Maude (Thatcher) Feaster Van Horn.  On November 26, 1949 he married the former Margaret L. Fornwald who survives.
He was a 1945 graduate of Northumberland High School. Following High School Budd enlisted with the Army.
Mr. Feaster began his working life on the family farm in Kratzerville, he later went to work at the Power Plant and then C. F. King Construction.  He later joined his son at his business, Robert Feaster Corp. until branching out on his own forming Pineknot Construction.
Budd was baptized in 1927 at Grace Lutheran Church, Point Twp where he remained a member his entire life.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #44, Northumberland, Shamokin Dam Fire Company and the Carpenters Union.
As an avid outdoorsman, Budd enjoyed hunting at time at his cabin in Glen Iron.
In addition to his wife of 68 years Budd is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert G. and Deborah J. Feaster of Rio Verde, AZ, Thomas A. and Jamie D. Feaster, Donald E. and Jayme L. Feaster, one daughter and son-in-law, Susan E. and Ben H. McCollum all of Northumberland, nine grandchildren and spouses, Krista M. and Mike Pennington of Foothill Ranch, CA, Shannon R. Feaster of Scottsdale, AZ, Zachary A. and Jennifer Feaster of Northumberland, Jacob T. and Roslyn Feaster of Northumberland, Janell L. Feaster of York, Justin E. Hoffman of Northumberland, Cody B. McCollum of Northumberland Graham P. and Tanner J. Feaster both of Turbotville, five great-grandchildren, Cole, Keegan, Ryder, Raegan and Audrielle.
He was preceded in death by one son, James P. Feaster on Feb. 6, 2005, twin sister, Betty Jane Templin and sister, Frances Hendricks.
Friends and family may call from 9:00am to 11:00am Saturday at the Joseph W. Epler Funeral Home 210 King Street, Northumberland
where funeral services will begin at 11:00am with Rev. Steven Middernacht officiating.
Burial with military honors accorded by American Legion Post #44, Northumberland will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
